Utility Room

If you need storage in a utility, you hit the jackpot.  The washer and dryer space can accomodate the new, taller units. There is a separate sink next to the washer.

 

There is also room for another refrigerator or freezer.  We currently have a double door access for our pets to exit to the ouside here, known as a "doggie" door.

Access to the garage is through this room.  Travertine floors and marble tile countertops.
